Definition of Product Condition
New: Product is new maybe retail packed, or plain brown box packed, comes with manufacture warranty.
New 2: Product is new non retail packaged, 1 year in house warranty
Open Box 1: Product is new never used open box comes with a manufactures warranty and retail packaging.
Open Box 2: Product is in Grade "A" condition with no sign of ware, comes with a portion of manufacture warranty that will be stated by date on the product page. May not be in retail packaging.
Open Box 2: Product is in Grade "A +" condition Like New, comes with a portion of manufacture warranty that will be stated by date on the product page. May not be in retail packaging.
Open Box 3: Product is open box condition but comes only with in house warranty.
Renewed: Product is in good condition show small signs of ware or usage, product is not in retail packaging come with a in house warranty and may have a small portion of manufactures warranty that will be list on the product page.
New Pull : Product is grade “A” condition plain box, comes with warranty in house or a portion of manufactures warranty.
Refurbished: Product is reconditioned by manufacture, Comes with a manufactures warranty.
Refurbished 3P: Product is refurbished by in house or by third party and brown boxed with house warranty.
Used: Product is used and tested, show signs of usage, product is functioning with in house warranty.
Grade A +: Like New Condition (no signs on ware).
Grade A : Shows very little to no sign of ware.
Grade A - : Shows minor sign of ware.
Grade B: Show signs of normal usage, light scratches.
Grade B - : Show signs of more than normal usage and may have light scratches.
Grade C: Show signs of moderate usage may have scratches and small dent in case.
Special Order Items are not stock locally in inventory, we will order the item from our vendor, delivery is typically 5-10 days.
If a item in our inventory is graded C, in most cases the product is in fairly good condition but has a noticeable dent in the case. You can always call for a verbal explanation for that item before purchase.
we generally don't sell laptops with a scratch on the screen, if a laptop on our product page has a scratch on the screen it will be listed in the product page details.
Refund / Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days, You have 30 days from the day you recieve the item to return for refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
